How It Work + Instructions
Simple Wellness in 4 Steps
1. Prepare the skin
Wash with soap and water, dry completely. Do not use lotions, oils, or powders. Apply only on clean, dry, hair-free skin for better adhesion.
2. Apply
Open the sachet and use immediately. Do not touch the adhesive side. Place the patch on the upper arm, shoulder, lower back, or hip. Press firmly with the palm of your hand for about 30 seconds, especially around the edges. Never cut or tear the patch.
3. Wear
Keep the patch on for the recommended time (usually 8–12 hours, depending on the product). Replace at the same time each day, rotating the application site to prevent irritation.
4. Remove and dispose safely
Fold the patch in half with the adhesive sides together and discard safely — away from children and pets. Wash your hands after handling.
It’s that simple: Peel. Stick. Feel.
Pro Tips for Best Results
- Always apply to clean, dry, intact skin never on cuts, rashes, or irritated areas.
- Rotate sites daily to reduce the risk of skin irritation.
- Do not expose patches to direct heat (heating pads, saunas, hot baths, direct sunlight). Heat and fever can increase absorption.
- Remove before MRI scans or procedures using strong electrical currents (some patches contain trace metals and may cause burns).
- If a patch falls off, apply a new one immediately and reset your schedule from that time.
- Do not cut, split, or tamper with the patch this alters delivery and dosing.
- Store in the original sachet, in a cool and dry place, until use.
- If irritation occurs, remove immediately. Apply the next patch on a different area.
- Keep patches out of reach of children and pets even used patches may still contain active ingredients.
Skin Sensitivity & Allergies (Medical Evidence)
- Mild redness or itching can happen, but usually resolves within 24–48h.
- True allergic reactions (rare, ≈1–1.4% in medical literature) may occur due to adhesive components.
- Signs of concern: intense itching, persistent redness, blistering, or spreading beyond the patch site.
- In such cases: stop using that site, consult a healthcare professional, and consider patch testing with dermatology/allergy specialists.
- Prevention: rotate sites and use hypoallergenic patch materials whenever possible.
